Hailing from a farmer family in Karja, he shifted to Nagpur after his schooling to live with his uncle due to financial problems at home. His uncle was a jewelry craftsman, and thus began his lifelong love and learning of the skill that benefits thousands of people today. Later when his uncle moved away, Mr. Rajesh started his business of craftsmanship and began his work and due to his quality of work and honesty his customer base grew exponentially. In 2007 he was elected as the president of JCI Nagpur where he learnt how to expand his business and the rest is history.

After shifting his shop from Hanuman Gali to Modi No 3 in Sitabuldi his business grew and the need for capital also rose, but since he had already established great relations in the society, he was able to secure good funding for his business growth. Eventually, with the success of the Sitabuldi showroom, he started the second branch of Londe Jewellers in Gokulpeth and the business has been growing stronger ever since. Londe Jewellers has always aspired towards creating unique and elegant jewelry designs.
