We will acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt. We aim to resolve every complaint within one month from the date of receipt, in line with applicable law. If a complaint needs more time, we will inform you of the reason and the expected timeline.

All Londe gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked and carries a HUID. For any concern about purity or hallmarking that we are unable to resolve, you may also approach the BIS complaint redressal channel at the Bureau of Indian Standards. Our diamonds are natural and certified by IGI or GIA. We do not sell lab grown diamonds.
