At what gold rate is the redemption made?

Redemption is always at the prevailing Nagpur gold rate on the day you redeem, not the day you enrolled. This is to your benefit: your monthly payments are in rupees, not in fixed gold weight, so you do not lose if gold rates fall during the 11 months. You only gain if gold rates rise.

What if I miss a monthly payment?

You have a 30-day grace period to make up a missed payment without losing the bonus. After 30 days, the scheme is paused and a Londe representative will contact you to resume. The bonus is paid only if all 11 payments are completed.

Can I cancel mid-scheme and get a refund?

Yes. If you wish to discontinue, your accumulated principal is refunded after the 7th month. The bonus is forfeited if you do not complete all 11 monthly payments. Cancellation before the 7th month receives accumulated principal less a small administrative deduction (please confirm exact terms with your store at enrolment).
