The pendant is a delicate piece shaped like a heart. The heart is formed by a gold frame filled with a lattice pattern of thin gold lines that create smaller diamond shapes. This lattice is accented with sparkling small round diamonds set within the gold lines. At the top point of the heart, a small cluster of three teardrop shaped diamonds are clustered together, fanning outwards to connect with the chain.
